About Online Ordering From CLOWNSUPPLIES.COM

CLOWNSUPPLIES.COM uses a shopping cart to allow you to place orders online. If you know how shopping carts work on the web, then you could go straight to the online catalog or read about the specifics of the shopping cart that CLOWNSUPPLIES.COM uses.

On the web a "shopping cart" is much like the shopping cart you use in the super market. As you travel through the web site you take things off of the shelf and "add" them to your shopping cart. After you select an item for your shopping cart, the contents of the entire cart will be displayed. At any time you may "VIEW" , "Checkout" or "Empty cart" (if you decide not to send order make sure you "EMPTY CART" if you use BACK or CLOSE BROWSER without emptying your shopping cart IT MAY BE SENT. When you view your shopping cart, you will see each item that you have placed in the cart, the quantity you have ordered, the individual prices and the total price of your order. While viewing your shopping cart, you may "delete" any item that you have previously placed in your shopping cart or change the quantity of an item in your cart. To go back to shopping on same page USE BACK on your browser or you will be sent back to Main Menu.

Finally you can check out by clicking on the bar at the bottom "Proceed to checkout" This will bring up a screen for all your info, Name, Address, don't forget your e-mail (WE DO NOT SELL E-MAILS) and shipping method. Click box to add info to shipping label if the same, oterwise fill it in.

COMMENTS section is available for any info you can not find a place to enter, such as special request, etc.

Next choose a password that enables you to shop with out entering all your info again. When you return to shop you just enter e-mail and password and all info is filled in.

You will be asked to continue next, and choose payment method. If using credit card, click CONTINUE on left of screen or choose to pay with PayPal. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.
