For now, let's just call it "The Stuffer"

Insert the prongs into the balloon nozzle and expand.... now you can easily stuff other stuff into the balloon.  Prestuff your balloons before heading out to a gig, quickly and easily.

I use it to put pompoms in 5" rounds,
Alien heads in 11" Clear with Stars Around,
Olaf in 11" or 5" Snowflakes Around,
many other ideas... pick my brains.
